MODEL AND IMAGE RELEASE

We acknowledge and agree that none of the images taken today will be sold for profit or as stock imagery. The pictures taken today are specifically for used to showcase Fort Smith amenities and attractions.

I grant The City of Fort Smith and it’s affiliates, employees, legal representatives, and associates, including BMH Productions, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or video footage of me, or imagery in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and web use. I also grant The City of Fort Smith the right to alter any images without restriction and without my inspection or approval.
